Gangsaw Slab Production

At our processing unit we take care of block unloading, polishing, cleaning and stacking of polished slabs.

Ones the slabs are cut from the gang saw they are cleaned with water and send to automatic line polisher which polishes the slab and gives the gloss of +90% in most of the cases. These polished slabs are then sent for Stringent Inspection where we check consistency in the thickness of the slabs, the polishing, and the gloss and then scrutinized for any kind of cracks or defects.

Only those slabs meeting inspection criteria are selected to be Send for Shipment.

There are following finishes available in gangsaw slabs:
1. Polished
2. Honed
3. Leather
4. Flamed
5. Brushed
6. Sawn
